How we calm down and unwind with the help of technology. What is ethical deisgn?

In this project, we explored the concept of positive and ethical design. We examined how the attention-grabbing aspects of gamification could be leveraged to positively impact users' lives. Additionally, we investigated methods for achieving seamless interactions between wearables and users' phones.
